Meet Cindi

family footballCindi is a lifelong resident of this community.  She was born and raised in the Town of Delafield, where she lives with her husband, Craig, and two children.

Cindi earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and after graduating worked in management for several large national retailers.  She left her career to raise a family and became very active in the community, volunteering for schools, youth and high school sports, and charity.  Cindi has also worked in the family business, helping her husband in their small business on Lake Michigan.

In an effort to give more back to her community, she ran for office and was elected twice to the Town of Delafield Board of Supervisors.  Cindi is very proud that during her terms, the Town of Delafield had the lowest tax rate in Waukesha County.

In 2015, Cindi ran for the 99th Assembly District in a special election for the seat vacated by Chris Kapenga. She won a decisive victory in a contested primary election, receiving over 40% of the vote in a four candidate race.  Cindi went on to defeat her Democratic opponent in fall.

In 2016, Cindi was overwelmingly re-elected to serve a second term.
